US DOMESTIC

US Flat Rate Shipping: Any order under $50 will be charged $6.95 flat rate shipping.

US Free Shipping: Any order $50 or over will qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Methods: Standard shipping will either be by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Freedom Health Alliance will determine which method is best to get your order to you safely and quickly. Orders will typically ship within 3 business days of placing the order.

Backorders: If your order contains a pre-ordered item, or a back-ordered item, the entire order will ship once all items are in stock. If you would like to have a partial order shipped immediately, please contact our offices at (888) 910-0341. An additional shipping charge will apply in this instance.

Damage/Loss: All claims for damage/shortage/mis-shipments/mis-billing must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact customer service. In the event of a faulty product, the product must be returned, at which point we will ship out a replacement product.

INTERNATIONAL

We offer DHL Express, USPS Priority International, and USPS Express International options for many countries around the world. If we ship to your country, shipping options will be provided and calculated at checkout.

Returns

Refund Policy: Satisfaction Guaranteed

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase(s) within the first 60 days of receipt, please return any unused portion for an exchange or refund. Freedom Health Alliance does not provide return shipping labels, that is the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to accept or deny any returns based on product misuse, neglect, or other "Acts of God" beyond our control. If your product(s) arrive(s) damaged please contact our returns department. 

We adhere to the standard Consumer Protection guidelines as promulgated by the Attorneys General or other competent state authorities.

Please include Name and Order Number when contacting the Returns Department regarding returns.

All international return packages will be refunded and canceled. Due to the cost incurred, we will not be able to provide for return shipping or pay for additional reshipping.

Any international customers using forwarding companies are responsible to insure that all products will be accepted and forwarded. None of our products are considered dangerous under current US DOT guidelines but it is still your responsibility to insure your forwarding company understands the products and can forward them. Freedom Health Alliance will not be responsible for return shipping costs if your package is rejected by the forwarding company and must be returned.
